Iron Fist is a Strength-based perk. Every 10 points of DR equals a 1% increase in melee damage, only applicable to fist weapons as tabulated below. The maximum bonus caps at 100% when DR reaches 1000, and other types of resistance have no effect. It belongs to the same category as melee damage boosts from Strength or other sources, and they stack additively.
