All Rise is a melee weapon. It is a super sledge with unique modifications. This unique super sledge has three legendary effects: Increased damage scaling with player health (up to +100%), +25% if the player is not moving while swinging, and 90% reduced weight. It also comes with a unique default mod called Heavy Rocket, which is not found anywhere else in the game for this weapon type, which makes it impossible to get that mod back if it is removed.
