The T-51b power armor is a set of power armor in Fallout 76. Grafton Steel attempted to create their own variant, codenamed Project Phoenix, resulting in a helmet reaching the prototype stage before the war. With the exception of T-65, it has the highest damage resistance and lowest radiation resistance of any power armor suit.
