Electrically Charged Serum

A serum that grants the Electrically Charged mutation: a chance to shock enemies who hit you in melee.

When an attacker strikes you up close, the mutation may answer with an electric discharge. The shock also deals a small amount of damage to you, but the serum suppresses that downside for an hour after use. It suits builds that regularly end up surrounded, such as melee characters. The serum can come from the MODUS science terminal, mutated public event rewards or the recipe, which calls for copper, oil, stable yellowcake flux and ultracite.

This listing delivers one serum.
