Stable fluorescent flux is used for Carnivore, Herbivore, Talons and ultracite shotgun shells.
At a chemistry station, ten raw fluorescent flux are stabilised with glowing mass, hardened mass and high-radiation fluids. Fluorescent flux is needed for the Carnivore, Herbivore, Talons and Twisted Muscles serums, power armor mods such as reactive plates and kinetic servos, and ultracite .308 rounds, shotgun shells and crossbow bolts.
