DESCRIPTION
A unique plasma rifle built for VATS play: it restores 60 Action Points with every kill.
Based on the plasma gun and fed with plasma cartridges, it comes fitted with a refined beta wave tuner, aligned sniper barrel, aligned stock and a medium night vision scope. Since The Slasher update its third star is Lightweight (-90% weight), and the signature effect refunds AP on each kill, keeping long VATS chains going. It is obtained during Buried Treasure in Vault 79 with Ra-Ra's help, or from mutated packages.
You receive the finished unique weapon with its signature effect; there is no star constructor.
