DESCRIPTION
A Prime receiver for the 10mm pistol: more damage and a bonus against the Scorched on ultracite rounds.
The 10mm pistol is one of the first handguns you find in Appalachia, and with good mods it stays useful at high levels. The Prime receiver raises its damage by 25%, and by 60% against the Scorched and scorchbeasts, but it needs ultracite 10mm rounds; the plan also unlocks crafting them if not learned yet. The mod is fitted at a weapons workbench. In the game the plan is a random drop from the scorchbeast queen, rarer from regular scorchbeasts, until learned.
