DESCRIPTION
A plan for The Fixer, a unique combat rifle with stealth bonuses that stealth rifle builds are built around.
The Fixer is a special .45 combat rifle with a built-in mod: +15% stealth in shadows and faster movement while sneaking. By default it comes with a suppressor, reflex sight and perforating magazine. Once the plan is learned the rifle can be crafted at a weapons workbench, and legendary versions of The Fixer start appearing in event rewards and at the Purveyor. In the game the plan drops from mutated public event rewards and, with a 10% chance, from the Encryptid event after completing The Lowe-Down.
