DESCRIPTION
The EXC-17 mining power armor: +100 carry weight with a full set and four times the ore from veins.
Garrahan Mining built it to protect miners. With both arms equipped, ore veins yield four times as much ore, and a full set adds 100 carry weight. Its radiation resistance is good, but its damage and energy resistance are the lowest of any power armor at the same level. The quest Miner Miracles unlocks the plans. Players use it for resource runs and as a mobile backpack.
You pick the legendary stars on the product page, and the set is handed over in-game.
