Vault Boy holds up an oversized bottle cap — a fun anachronism, since bobbleheads were made before the war, when caps were not yet currency. The effect lasts one hour, or two with Curator, and the bobblehead is gone after use. It is needed for the ★ Aristocrat's mod, whose bonus scales with the caps you carry, and for ★★ Pick Pocketer's, a melee effect that yields 2–4 caps each time it triggers.
