DESCRIPTION
A Pioneer Scouts uniform with the signature red, white and blue neckerchief, from the Wild Appalachia update.
The Pioneer Scouts are ranked Tadpole, Possum and Squirrel, and each rank has its own uniform. The Tadpole uniform, for instance, is a cream two-pocket shirt with black shorts or a skirt, socks and laced shoes, and a neckerchief bearing the Scouts logo. It is a cosmetic outfit worn over armor, earned in-game through the Scouts' quests; the Tadpole uniform, for example, comes from Scout Leader Jaggy in The Order of the Tadpole.
You receive a Pioneer Scout uniform, handed over to your character in-game.
