DESCRIPTION
An automatic rotary shotgun that counts as both a heavy gun and a shotgun at the same time.
The Pepper Shaker needs one second to spin up, then fires continuous blasts of eight pellets, with damage split between them. It benefits from both heavy gun and shotgun perks. It uses shotgun shells by default but can be converted to fusion cells or plasma cartridges for a small damage boost. The barrel count changes fire rate, accuracy and pellet count, which makes it excellent at crippling limbs. The plan is a rare reward from Grahm's Meat Cook.
The order is a base Pepper Shaker of level 45–50, with legendary stars chosen in the constructor.
