Buying caps is the most common Fallout 76 third-party transaction. The main risk: scammers asking for account credentials. Here is how to do it safely.
Never share your account login
Bethesda will never deliver caps by "account sharing". Any vendor asking for your login or password is a scam. Legitimate delivery always happens via in-game trade within a single session.
How we deliver caps
After payment, our manager joins you in-game (private session or your CAMP), drops the caps into their CAMP vendor at 1 cap apiece, and you purchase them. Full amount transferred in under 3 minutes. Tradeable, no level requirement.
The 40,000 caps character limit
Fallout 76 enforces a hard cap of 40,000 caps per character. Larger orders are split across multiple deliveries or characters — your manager will coordinate the schedule with you on Telegram.
Red flags to avoid
Stay away from sellers who: ask for your password or 2FA code; offer "mail delivery" (Bethesda has no such system); refuse to use in-game trade; demand payment by gift cards or crypto-only. None of these are how legitimate F76 caps trading works.
